EIFS and Stucco Inspection Services

Inspection Services We Offer

Remedial Consulting Services

Sound Exterior Inspections, LLC provides remedial consulting during the remediation of stucco and EIFS (Exterior Insulating Finish Systems) claddings to document the remediation process.

When it is determined that remediation is necessary upon completion of initial inspection, and at the request of the homeowner/building owner, we will assist the owner in determining the necessary remediation.

Upon commencement of the remediation, our inspector will make periodic site-visits throughout the remediation including photographing and documenting the remediation process and procedures, as well as meeting with the homeowner/building owner and/or its contractors to discuss industry standards, the exterior cladding manufacturer's specifications and issuance of manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

This service includes detailed written and photographic reports documenting the exterior plaster remediation process.

Sound Exterior Inspections, LLC provides third party inspection services to homeowners and building owners during the installation of stucco and EIFS (Exterior Insulating Finish Systems) claddings.

Our inspector will make periodic site-visits at specific stages of the exterior plaster application photographing and documenting the application process and procedures, as well as meeting with the building owner and/or its contractors to discuss industry standards, the plaster manufacturer's specifications and issuance of manufacturer's warranty, if applicable.

We provide detailed written and photographic reports documenting the exterior plaster application, components installed, specific details observed and recommendations made by the inspector during site visits.

DryvitCARE Program

When it is determined upon completion of inspection of the EIFS cladding installed on a commercial building that remediation is required to restore the cladding, it is often recommended that the DryvitCARE program be utilized.

The DryvitCARE program is designed for use over any manufacturer's EIFS claddings. Dryvit requires the use of their products to qualify for their warranty. For further information, please contact us or visit www.dryvit.com.
